hello there.please tell me what a hell a have done that you have suspended my account ?
I thought this is a really good hosting company that i can rely on but now seems the respect is SUSPENDED.

Your account was suspended because you didn't login to these forums for more then 31 days. This requirement is clearly outlined in our ToS, which you did agree to when you signed up.

7. Inactivity

Accounts found to be inactive are suspended for a 14 day period and then terminated. All data including any type of backup or stored information is removed with the account. To prevent an account from being suspended for inactivity it is required users visit the x10Hosting forums located at http://x10hosting.com/forums at least ONCE every 31 days. Accounts must also have a working website within one week.

I have unsuspended your account, should this occur again, you can unsuspend yourself through the account panel.

Please note that if you sent this support request through the account panel, you still need to log in to the forums as soon as possible in order to avoid having your account placed back into suspension for not logging in.
