    need help just created my account

    hi friends!
    i just created my account... but as i logged into it after confirmation, i am unableto open the hosting tab. on clicking it shows i don't have hosting under my client account.
    Please help me in solving this problem...
    my domain account is http://softdown.x10.mx
    it shows that website is not found when i open it....
