Domain Change

I recently purchased lauraruiz.co.uk and changed the name servers to ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com.
I also added two A entry in the DNS ie
@ A 74.86.133.24 and
www A 74.86.133.24

Then in the hosting account control panel I changed the domain name.

Is this all I need to do?
Because I don't see the change. How long should it take?

Hi,
You also need to add it as "addon domain" in cPanel .
It might take up to 24 hours, but base by my experience - A record get updated pretty fast.
