I have few questions:

1. Is country named Slovenia blacklisted, and if it is, why?
2. Why it's taking so long to activate webhosting?

1: You can see the full list of blacklisted countries here: Country Restrictions

Currently, as Slovakia is not listed, this means your country is considered 'high risk' and is queued to be placed upon the server Lotus.

In answer to #2, the Lotus server has been having some problems, which has likely temporarily frozen the activation queue until things are fixed.
