I'm Alex from Russia. Please, answer the following questions.
Most of foreign languages are prohibited here, but it looks like they are allowed when the translation is provided. Where this translation should be placed? Immediately near each foreign sentence, or two "parallel" web pages with the same content, one in English, the other in Russian, are OK? Does the "no foreign languages" rule apply for paid hosting?
