I remember reading somewhere they had to take this step to reduce people abusing the service by storing warze, movies, and other things that where covered in the TOS.

1 gig should be more than sufficient. Whats your website used for?
Also, the maximum filesize that can be uploaded is 64mb.

We'll remove the 1 GB limit once you prove to us you are not going to use the account for illegal activity. Just open a support ticket.

You have been limited with 1 GB of Disk Space due to new Disk Space policy. The same happened to me. I'm still on that limit and everything is fine.
