hi, i'm new and need some help

hi, i just joined because i would like to use x10 to help me create a facebook application. i keep getting an error though while logging in. it gives me and error at the cpanel log in screen. why won't it le me in?

the screen i get says:

"An Error Has Occurred
The hosting username you specified does not exist."

i put in my user name at i still get the error. i also tried the address i chose which is - arcsoftware.x10hosting.com

it deals with linking your hosting account. what should i put in the log in box? thanks.

Do you have a problem regarding ligging in CPanel or in the server. There are two reasons, maybe your connection has a problem regarding the address and the bandwidth, or the server got maintenance fo an hour.

the error does deal with the cpanel. what do i put in there to get in?

i get this box to fill in once i click on "go to account panel".
