Hi im new! i need help something

hello, im new! i am a student of a web-development designing. Been searching the website with different kinds of web-hosting, i've also been using differrent kinds of web-hsting service. Something for the project, my latest search was the smtp / pop3 mail, etc.. sumthing like that. and found x10hosting. Suprisingly, i didnt just find what i was looking for, what i found out was "THE BEST" web-hosting service. so , i am very proud i found this site, and very happy to be one of the luckiest person.

Now, i need some script help. i'am looking for a feedback script that lets your visitor leave feedback at your site in some of your page/s.

I am also looking for a good guide about FTP access, because i cant access my FTP using a FTP program to upload file/s. in the control panel there is a quick guide, i inputed all info but istill i cant connect.

i am also looking for friends here at forums so i get someone along when i visit here.

about the feedback script, you should need a php programmer but I don't think you find it for free..
About ftp access you need to go to your cpanel and you can find ftp somewhere. You should find the ftp url to use in your ftp programs.

You should first make an FTP account that you can access your cPanel. On what I've observed here in x10, your FTP account is the main folder/directory where you will save your files.

ok i went into the control panel and go to the ftp account. in the lower part there you will see is a 'ftp' site there with your sub/domain-name on it. i tried that site but it was "page url cannot be displayed/error".

do you atleast know the ftp server for x10hosting for "elementfx.com" domain?

i did try this: ftp.elementx.com then my ftp username and password and after that i get a "authentication failed" notice.
