Like the rest of the community, I am having a little bit of a problem getting my website going...
If anyone is able,plz let me know how I can upload my own webpage that I designed,

Welcome, I would say that login to cPanel after that go to File Directories upload all of your files like templates, pictures or sounds etc so you can access them and then paste your html into index.html file which is in the public_html directory. After doing it I hope it'll work.

Also take a look at the Getting Started guide in cPanel.

Hello and welcome to X10hosting. I hope you enjoy your stay with X10hosting. Creating a webpage is very easy. You can use Frontpage or Dreamweaver or just simple HTML code to create a webpage and save it as index.html and then upload it via the File Manager in the cPanel or you can upload it via an FTP connection. If you feel comfortable with HTML then you can just make changes to the index.html present in the public_html folder. Please remember that you will have to put up your page within 7 days otherwise you might be suspended. If you feel you cannot create a website within 7 days just put up a page with a message like "Site is under construction" or anything for that matter. Good Luck with your hosting.
