    New to x10Hosting

    Hi, I'm Bernhard and new to x10Hosting.
    I'm hoping somebody can help me. I can't seem to link my forum account to the hosting account. I get the message that the hosting username does not exist. I only received a confirmation email for the forums but none for hosting.
    Any help is appreciated.

    Maybe try registering with yahoo or hotmail, as it is a free service, and both e-mail providers have been tested to see if they get the confirmation e-mail and they do. Once you confirm your account, you can either switch back to your e-mail you have now ON YOUR ACCOUNT SETTINGS or remain with that e-mail.
