I AM TRYING TO CREATE A LINK IN MY INDEX MAIN PUBLIC , THAT WILL LEAD TO ANOTHER WEBPAGE I CREATED . I DO NOT KNOW HOW TO DO IT . IE WHEN I DO THE <A> .....</A> WHAT EXACTLLY IS WRITTEN ??

I MEAN HTTP ,,, HOMEDIRECTORY/MYNAME/ETC .

SIMPLE QUESTION CAN ANYONE ASIST , THANK YOU SO MUCH

the words click is on the outside of the link.....the word here is what the link will look like, and the to go to yahoo is outside of the link
omit the + signs...only did that so you can see it

thanks but i need not to know tags - i need to know where exactly i use it in the file manager . i mean if i create a file name "7.html "
