go to user CP pael..in that edit avatar..if u have a pic on your computer..upload from thier..
in the next post you will see your avatar

If your asking how to 'post' images, simple put the image's url between [img] and [/img]

You can use image tags by inserting the link in between the img codes i.e[img]ImageLocation[/img] or by attaching the image to the post
