Does anybody know how to edit the new web page and get it live? I'm using Frontpage?

You can use either a ftp client or the file manager in your cPanel (http://yourdomain.com:2082) to edit/upload/delete the files on your site.

The "public_html" folder is the root web directory for your site, so upload all your site files, which you want others to view, into this directory. ;)
