hi i am new here and would like it if some people could assist me with my Goals, i have a few questions idd like to ask...what is exim and y is it always or almost always ofline? and how come somtimes when i go to my site it dosent work and somtimes it does? wat is going on there?:eek4: its realy anoying... also plz tell me if this link works or not

BTW if it works plz tell me what u think about it and plz dont be to harsh because my computer is verry old, infact i got it for free and the best i have is a free photo editor i got from the internet wich is very limited so i couldnt make my site anything extra ordinary...
