I just started new url, how to edit the introduction page?

Go to your C Panel, find the section labeled "Files", click File Manager, Select the option "Web Root", right click on index.html, select code edit or html edit, depending if you want to program the code or do it the easy way (the html edit).

cPanel>Files>File Manager>Web Root>Index.html>Code/html edit

I think, you're new to hosting a site. Consider installing Wordpress in your public_html and start posting. Remove the index.html file from public_html directory.

Or you can just edit the index.html file, paste in your code for the index page, and be done with it.
