hi umm just make sure you check that you are using the right user name for the cpanel its shown on the account page http://x10hosting.com/account
it should be the same as your sub domain name.
to get to your cpanel you just go to www.???.x10hosting.com/cpanel
as for your password it should be the same as the forum password but if you have trouble you can change it in the account page http://x10hosting.com/account
hope this helps
There seems to of been a error in creating your account.
I am sure as you have not logged in, you have nothing to loose if I delete the account.
Once this is done you may signup again, you may use the same forum account when asked to link the hosting account.
If you just signup for another you will get suspended for multiple accounts.
Please confirm that I may delete the problematic account.

Appreciate your quick response.
I changed my password on the account page (I got a confirmation with the clear passwd I changed it to).
Then tried to access cplan - shows basic authentication page - entered my userid (same as that shows on the account page on the top as well as "Account Details" section) + passwd - no luck.
It keeps stating "login attempt failed".
Have I somehow exceeded my allowed invalid login attempt count?
thanks,

The following are the usernames to log in :
cPanel : hosting account username (memyedge)
Hosting account panel : same as forum username (myedgeforum)
But I am noticing that your post count is not increasing. There might have been a problem in the forum account signup.

I recommended you create a new forum user, as the one you currently have doesn't seem to be counting your posts.
I have deleted it.

Ok, I do not have the privileges to delete a forum account. I am alerting a administrator. Please bear with them, they will do it as soon as they can.
