Questions because I know nothing....

Problem:

My company needs a better website. I don't know how to make websites but I have done print design before. So now I am learning dreamweaver, fireworks, flash, etc. and trying to learn about web publishing all at the same time. Overwhelmed.

Solution:

Signing up here at x10 to understand websites from concept to execution so I can apply that knowledge to my everchanging job.

Questions:

From what I've been reading, I could use the ftp function from dreamweaver. I'm still confused on how to set that up, however?

Also, I have not been able to log in to Cpanel (which I suppose may take some of the mystery away when once I can). Must I simply wait for somethign to be "fixed" in order for me to login or is typing my username and password over and over again just eventually going to work?

Advice, suggestions, ideas, anything?

the info u need to set up your ftp is in the cp so one u get in that will solve part of your issue. if u need help setting up ftp just ask. also the problem ur having seems to be something alot of new users are having and i dont know that the fix is too keep trying. admin are in and out of the forums all day so i'm sure one will see your post and fix this for u.
