cPanel username?

hi everyone, i recently signed up to x10 hosting, but whenever i try and log in and re-directs me to a page that says please link your forum to your account (or something like that) and it's asking me for my cPanel account username, what the hell is it, and where can i found out?

normally it's tkellock, if you chose the same. you can find it in the mail received when you created your account.
