I need help!

I didn't know where to post this but I am locked out of my account for not posting on the forums it said that in order to unsuspend it I need to post a thread and I did but my account isn't unsuspended. Is there anyway I could get my account unsuspended? also I am locked out of my cpanel even though I never changed the password. Sorry if its alot to ask for but I need access to it for my class in which I must have a web host and x10hosting is by far the BEST web host that I can find. I know I already posted but its still not working. Thanks
