    Hello and new user questions

    Hello,

    All just getting started in web development and found this great deal at x10.

    Can anyone give me any pointers about x.10 hosting? Things I should be careful with or service caveats.

    I am currently setting up my company site GSRsolutions.com a web consulting services company.

    I have been out of the game for awhile as I have been primarily focussed on Corporate Enterprise Consulting on big projects. I went through the usual burn out and now I am want to work with smaller business and non-profits.

    The TOS just about sums it up. Basically, you need to log into the forums every 2 weeks, you need to change the default index page, and if you are using another language, you need to have it translated into English.

    Welcome to x10Hosting. Since you are running your website for a business, once every few days or even once every time you make changes to the site, you should back up the site as losing your website won't be a good thing if something bad were to happen. Otherwise, that's all.

    Hi,
    I'm new here too. I plan on making a site to make websites for people. I would apprieciate any advise anyone could give me about x10. Most of all, though, I just want to know what people think of this host. I've been to alot of hosts before, and its just really hard to find a good host. So, is x10 all its cracked up to be, or is there a catch.

    As a side note, I would like to get enough credits to get the free domain reward, so I would apprieciate even the smallest donations. In case anyone's interested, my site is located at http://kbjr.x10hosting.com; however I have not yet uploaded it. I'm currently suspended for inactivity.
