uh, so like how do i began to edit my page, i type in my domain address and it says that the domain is available which it shouldnt be cause i entered in the domain i wanted to use when i signed up and it also said that i can sign up for that domain if i want it by going to x10hosting.com please help if u can thanxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

If you registered a proper domain, ie not domain.x10hosting.com.
Then you have to wait a while for the domain to start working.

You have to log into your cpanel and upload or create some files, it really depends on what you want to do.

If you just want to learn how to actual make your own site using HTML then look for a tutorial on google.

If you want to have a fairly simple site then you could use already supplied templates through a context management system such as Joomla.

Edit: This post could be a little confusing, just post and say what you actually want to do with your site.

Generally takes a little while to receive another email once you setup. I think it took me a couple of days. Once you can log into cpanel you can then access various features on your account. I was able to install joomla, but I needed to setup mysql databases in cpanel first.
