Ftp

I'm a newbie and am having trouble finding the ftp instructions. I assume that I use my username and password but what is the host?

Hi welcome to x10hosting the ftp details are as follows:

Host: Your domain
Username: Username for cpanel
Password: Your passwod for cpanel
Port: Leave this black.

comphelp above meant 'Port: Leave this blank as ftp is on the default port'.

If you are connecting from a remote location, ie uploading to the site, then the host is
ftp.(your subdomain name).x10hosting.com.

The host is not just your site, you need to add the 'ftp.' to the beginning.

I have edited it when i read it again i thought it might be a bit confusing. lol
