For that, just enter your cpanel username which you used for your account to link your accounts together.

No, you don't use your forum username. You use your forum username to login to the account panel at http://x10hosting.com/account/. For the cPanel you use the username and password you entered when you registered for the hosting. Those should be in your confirmation email you got.

Sorry, just seen what you're asking about. You need to use your cPanel username etc. though and I said above where you can find them
