why is it so complicated to get an account here?

On most sites, you fill out some personal information, they email you a login, and then you go the page and log in. Why is this site so much more complicated? I have a forum username, a hosting username, and subdomain name, and I can't log into my account with any of them. I have never been able to log into cpanel with the username that was emailed to me... and I'm not a newbie. I am a c++ programmer and a linux administrator... I don't get frustrated easily, but this site has the worst sign up process I have ever seen.:eek4:

And yet your first post. So, the staff and support team has no idea of your issues / problems / complaint until now. Nor do you know of the recent server updates / moves / issues.

So, instead of starting off blaming us for such "crappy" this and that, how about starting at the beginning and stating what your issues are, what your Cpanel name is, which package you signed up for and we can go from there.
