my account have been suspended because although i set up a forum i did not changed the index page

i know i'm posting in the wrong place, this is simply because also creating a new post in the 'right place' was denied for me.

would you please do the necessary to unsuspend my cpanel as well as forum accounts and i will do the necessary to change the index page.
