New and having problems

I have recently signed up for an account and I am having suspension problems. My domain has been suspended and the advice given is that I post on the forum, so here I am, I am very confused with this service so if any one could help me out I'd be most grateful.

you have to login to forum atleast one in 2 weeks. Otherwise your account gets suspended. You can request for unsuspension by doing the following activities.

(2)Fill out the form and any staff memeber will do the needful.
