    this site isn't as user friendly as the other hosting sites

    Also, there are two different control panels, which had me confused at first... there's the account thingy, like2program gave you a link, then there's the cpanel. the cpanel is where you set up email, databases, etc. you would either log in at http://yoursite.tld.com:2082 or, if that doesn't work, use http://stoli.x10hosting.com:2082
