I need desperate help starting up!

I am trying to make a website with accounts and i found out about php or something and that this supports it so i downloaded php and tired to make an account here. However, i thought i was finished but it came up with something asking for my cPanel. whats that?

When you made the account, you should have created a cPanel username and password. cPanel is a powerful tool that x10Hosting offers that is really only found on paid hosting for free to everyone.
