Accounts are created automatically. Sometimes accounts have to be activated by mods. We are currently having trouble with new accounts not working. We are working on this right now. We hope to have this fixed as soon as possible.

And if posible, please tone down the animations in your sig and avatar. Your post was extremely hard to read. Same thing with the smilies.
