    Please Help Me!

    I am new at making web pages and I was just wondering if anyone could help me make a website. I need to use an html document for an assignment in college, but I can't figure out where it goes so my teacher can look at it and I don't know what the website would be. Please help me!

    Welcome to x10 amber81188! There are plenty of people here who can code sites for you. I would, however I'm on vacation right now. Otherwise, anything you want to place on the Internet goes in the public_html folder in the FTP/file manager.

    the html page should be named index.html
    it is then placed on the main (root) folder of your site
    for some sites, that is public_html folder, i think
    that's all there is to it

    Welcome to x10hosting. Enjoy you're stay. If you need help visit the coding things like sites then visit the programming forums. If you need help try and put it in the relavent forum ;) Under the right forum will get you helped by alot more people :P Also try reading some of the tutorials as well.
