what can x10hosting support?

I want to know what can this site provide to learning user? Actually I use this to make non-profit group website, yet I am still learning the script? Can it support flash, php, asp, email (I can send email to listed person)?

Welcome to x10 anzpiration! x10Hosting supports the mail () functions on PHP, along with PHP. In terms of flash or ASP, I'm not exactly sure. Flash should work fine.

Flash would work because it's client based. I think asp would work, but i'm not sure about asp.net.
