the probleme : "An Error Has Occurred" how solve it ?

Hi, my name is Kareem & am from morocco , i'm so glad to meet you here , & to use your helpful services , thanx for your hosting & every thing ....
today i've tried to connect to my account on x10hosting.com & i've got this message :

An Error Has Occurred
Although you've logged in successfully, there was an error retrieving your account's hosting type from the backend system.

Please post on our forums to seek support on this issue.

now i don't know how can i get back my account , please can you help me to solve this probleme ?

if you got it for first time then try again because such error raised some time by server, but it persisted then submit a support ticket mentioned detailed error desc....

From the "Account Information Pop Window" it is found that your account is not linked properly.
