    Hi

    hi im new here and i wanted to no do we have to buy cpanel to edit the site because i always get a message saying i need a cpanel account when i login.

    welcome,

    to answer your question, no you do not have to buy a cpanel account. it is included with the hosting.

    you are probably getting the message due to the server and site changes in order to make things more user friendly and stable (a big problem with stoli).
