Hi,

I signed up with x10Hosting. I receive the email with Confirmation Code inside. It asked me to follow the link or copy and paste the code into the account management panel. But when I come to account panel. It say: An Error Occurred - The forum account you are logging into does not have an existing link to an x10Hosting hosting account.

I don't know where to input my Confirmation Code..Can anyone help me? Thanks!!!!!

I got the same situation. In fact Sign In again and you can re-send the e-mail.
I have a Live account and the e-mail was in the Junk E-Mail Folder. So I do that two times,but now i'm working normaly.

hi, what do you mean by sign in again? Login to x10Hosting account management panel or sign up for another x10Hosting account?

I just signed up today and I'm getting the same problem. Not only that but I'm also getting some weird things on this site. These things have happened on more then one computer, so either I just have bad luck or these people don't know how to make a website. 1) The password box in the login at x10hosting.com isn't translated to asterisks, anyone can see my password as I type it in. 2) In my account, I get the same error message as superndkxr, but I also get text links with icons tiled behind them--no actual buttons or whatever they're supposed to be... I have text overlapping text and images where it shouldn't be. Wish I could post a screenshot of how jacked this account is. 3) AND I have a confirmation code but no way to use it. Where do you put the confirmation code?? The email read this:

I've clicked the link to confirm my account, but my account isn't confirmed--I get the error. The "or" part makes no sense to me. What account management panel?? Does it mean the one I have no acces to because of the error? If so, does anyone know how to get me out of this endless loop?? And can anyone explain what's up with this site????

I have a friend of mine who signed up as well, and she's getting the exact same problem

jvelascoc: Not sure what you mean. I have no option to resend an email, but not that I would need to since I have the email and confirmation code safely in my inbox. I just want to know why I have no working account AND why what I have of my account is all jacked up like it went through a blender.

alwaysdrawing, I tried today again. It seems they have noticed this problem and the error changes to the below. Hope it will recover soon.

An Error Occurred - x10Hosting is currently experiencing issues with our backend system. We are working to resolve the issue and hopefully will have a fix shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience.
