Name is matt and need help

Hi my name is matt, have used x10hosting for a while now, when they had the old site as well. Was just wondering, what ports are open, if you buy webspace with x10hosting. I need two ports to be opened - 27016 and 27017.

i guess thats a question only the site staf can answer..
having a paid hosting account that shouldnt be a problem if you check with them in the official support area

Welcome to x10 matza3000! Really, the only ports that I know are open are the ports for SMTP/POP3, HTTP (80) as well as FTP and cPanel required ports, and then SSH for the admins.
