FTP login failed

Couldn't connect to the server using those credentials. Check that the username and password are correct and that the server is available.

PLEASE HELP ME. If it is not one thing it is another. I have changed url settings in Rapid Weaver and have saved everything because my website was not loading properly, ie the links were not set correctly making a 404 error, they are still doing that but now when I republish my files on RW I get the above error.
My username = paulas1
my password is ***********
What server do i put in?
server on account mgmt system = Starka.x10
and the path = /

I am changing details in RW and end up with this problem, please send full description of help. many thanks
