I realize there are server upgrades happening and everyone is very busy so i understand things will be slow just a few questions

if ive upgraded to a development plan( or any paid plan) how long would i expect it to be before my site was moved to the new server? when would it be appropriate to open a ticket? I ask this because I dont feel very confident that I have done the upgrade correctly as when i log into the client area it shows no domains/hosting accounts. this worries me since i certainly do as i can access my website....
something just came to me.... is the "client area" the paid area where my hosting acc has yet to be transferred? that would explain why its not on this "control" panel but it is on the other one.

P.S. I have had troubles finding the specs of exactly what the ad-enhanced plans do for each level of paid/free hosting?

You should submit ticket at support.x10hosting.com and they will upgrade you as a paid member after paying fee. This will take 24 hour to move your account

Re: the specs you asked about. Yes, the info went a bit thin on the ground after the forum got redesigned some months back. If anyone else knows where all the info on Ad-enhanced & Double-Everything is hiding now, it would be useful.

a curiosity question, it says i have no pending domains, which leads me to believe that my free account isnt in the process of being moved but on the "home page" of the client login i see total accounts 0 (1). this makes me think that i currently have none but 1 is available or something....Ill give them another day or so to sort it out then ill start asking

and i have no more information about what the ad-enhanced plans do, let us all know if anyone finds out. And thanks for taking the time to help everyone.
