You've chosen a good place to get a simple site up & running quickly. In cPanel, there are numerous easy to install scripts for sites that you can find in Fantastico & Softaculous. And there is also the SiteBuilder option where you can install a ready-made template & customise it to your own requirements.

Of course, if you're after more advanced sites, then x10's facilities easily allow this too - the sky is the limit.
