[1000] Need tutorial on how to setup and maintain an x10 VPS

I've been racking my brain for the last couple days.
I've bought a VPS from x10 and I still can't get it set up.

So if someone could write a tutorial to set up a VPS on x10, and I can follow and configure my VPS I will pay 1000 x10 Credits.

Some Specifications:
needs to run Virtualmin.
needs to be able to setup DNS.
easy to add new users with their own permissions and separate disk space.

im running off of VPS Tiny
using Cent OS 5 build

Not gonna write a whole tutorial, but it might be worth it to get cpanel.

It would help you a lot, and you probably could just abandon virtualmin.

I would get cPanel, but I don't have the funds to add 13$ a month
so that currently is not an option
