I Need Banner design

i'm now in progress to build a pregnancy site, but i need banner in my top page.
so if anyone can build it and i agree with their design. I will give 100 points.

details:
name site: www.kehamilan.tk
size : 728 x 30
topic : pregnancy, baby, children related
type : text and images (flash more accepted);
text: url site and images related to topic
type file : psd
color theme : maybe you can see from http://www.uduryna.com/hamil/

uff... what i can tell..... hmmm your color right and your size right but... sorry i dont like your design... the picture seems too cartoon, can u make more elegan, change the font type to somethings more flexible..., but thanks anyway
