Lol, obviously PHP-Nuke Platinum (it says in the bottom right corner, but it's hard to read). And that is definately a pirated theme. Nicely done though, I doubt you would have boughten one because they are **** to pay for (i'd rather buy a site pacakge). BTW PHP-Nuke sucks, you should get like vBulletin 3.5.2 and a portal for it (with a nice skin somewhere, it will look 10x better. ) That's just my advice... my 2 cents. :hsdance:

Mambo is wicked, But vBulletin + portal work just as nice.
