    Is anyone have some LEGAL IPB, or vBulletin (vaild 4life licence ^^) i give 4800 pts for it i dont wanna use phpbb its bad

    don't worry, it ain't gonna happen, but try using smf or e107 or some FREE alternative

    Maybe he doesn't have them? And they're illegal to redistribute or download anywhere other than IPS. 1.3.1 wasn't "free" anyway. It was the same as 2.0.0. Unlimited trial, but for permanent use you must purchase a license.
