Points negotiable. I don't have many requirements. Just make one that has three columns, if you can think of a color scheme yourself then get creative. Valid XHTML 1.0 Transitional and valid CSS. Cross-browser compatible. No tables. Tell me how many points you want or need and show me the uncoded design (with watermark or low quality) and if I like it then code it and send me the PSD(s) and I'll send you the points. I use GIMP, so make sure there are no external files required for it that only work in Photoshop (if you use PS). If you use GIMP (unlikely) then send me the XCF.
