{req} Php Nuke Theme

Ok I need a php nuke theme asap. I need it to be dark and techy with some maybe red orange or yellow or something. I need somehting like the theme:

It doesnt have to be so advanced with flash banners and stuff. But id like the links glow and stuff and that sound if possible.

Something with lots of coding and design requirements may be costly. Even good templates alone can cost USD 60 and that is without customization.
