Just a suggestion swirly is to first fully set up your site before advertising it, but hey, I may be wrong...

well the reason I want members is because when I get people they can submit news, and then it will be more set up and the submit more stuff like downloads and etc. but i mean i need it to be active because i might set up a wiki and you it needs to be active for that stuff...but this weekend i am going to work really hard to make it even better so i mean dont worry!

I think the index is acciently overten with the forum index,
the when I reload the page, no harm seem to be done.
go see if you can remake the index page for public_html.
Purpose : to include ad, DO IT NOW, It' only work in forum, not index.
