American dollars. BIN means buy it now, as in, pay this amount and it's yours.

I've always wanted a real ipb or vB licence, and now I may have the chance :D. Heh, maybe i'll try for vB aswell lol.

EDIT: IPS are refusing to confirm the status of your licence. Oh well, guess it'll be a no then. At least vBUlletin let you confirm the status of someones licence for transfer purposes.
