Are you using any CMS at the moment? Based on "View source", your page is based on tables for your layout even though there is CSS in the header section of your page.
Went to your friend's site and will try to get something like his site for you but need to know if you are using a particular Content Management System like WordPress or e107

No content management system what so ever!!
Just a layout, I knocked up in Dreamweaver, and need a decent banner to go across the top of the website.
you can use, any colour scheme you want, your choice.

The banner is on the way. But have not figured out how to strech the banner to fill the site unless it's a logo to replace the word "Coding FreakZ"

Ok, uploaded a logo to make it a banner. Unless you want a banner full of graphics. But don't know how to make the banner strech and shrink. Only know fixed width banners.
