Audio PSAs / Banners / Buttons / Graphics

Hello.

I am in need of some graphics ( various sized banners / buttons ) ... and someone talented to make a professional sounding PSA ( Public Service Announcement ) for a upcoming project.
The PSA that I can have auto-play on my website or be able to be played on online radio stations.

I can't offer much points ... but maybe a few dollars through paypal. Its for a special event that may happen in October if all my loose ends tie up right.
