Seeing as ive been on these forums a while, the first 2 people that hire me to make them a website, I will charge them half of my original offer.

im doing a service like this but im not developing websites im setting up. As i would just like to wonder something what would you say a reasonable price is for a website setup and forums?? just a question to make meself aware and it might be good to show orginal prices you have done for others on your own site as this may help you gain more traffic on your site and also business.

All the websites I have made that are featured on http://www.mikedistrasdesigns.co.nr have been very different depending on the persons budget.

Prices also depend on if you want me to create all the graphics or you have ones you would like me to use. Also depending on other things like, if you would like a chat room or poll's etc included.

There is no competetion between me and mikel. As we are different companies this wpuld seem likely but it doesnt. so what i mean is i dont want everyone to come to me or mikel everyone please choose by who you think is going to do a good job. me and mikel are just spreading ourself out really and getting known as bussiness does.

Thats just to clear anything up if anyone feels there leaving me or mikel out when they choose between us and if people think we are one company, we arent.

Judging by the stuff in your "portfolio", I don't think your work is good enough to sell.

Nobody with a brain would pay for that stuff. You need to practice more if you're going to try and make money. You can find much better layouts for free.

You haven't even learned to code HTML correctly yet, so you might want to hold off on trying to make a profit.

The websites that are in my portfolio are made to how the user wanted them. If they wanted something taking out or adding i would do it for them.

Yes they could of looked for a template, but that wouldnt be a unique website layout would it?

I am not making templates and selling them, i am making a site specifically to somebodies specifications... I have had no complaints form the people i have made the sites for, so meh. :D
