Invision & vBulletin forums are paid. If you were planing to host nulled forums, it's against TOS. So don't even think so ;)

Fedlerner is quite right, they cost real money to make so dont go installing them for people, or you will be reported.
Dont be cheap so go buy a licence, or stick to phpbb

Okay ... this is getting pointless.
I think we got the point regarding the software the person above mentioned.
If you have a license, you can use it yourself. You can not give it away to others. Not only is it against the rules of x10, but can get you reported to the company that created the software.
If you wish to help install software, that is fine. Please don't offer to install software that violates the TOS.
